  There were internet issues but Jose was determined to make sure it was working before he left. He helped me with the instructions on using the new thermostat he installed. I was grateful for his time and effort.

  *Must Read* Watch Out for shady AC/HVAC techs!! Air Authority was my "2nd opinion" company. Initially I did a AC check-up with another company. But they had "suggestions" and utilized fear tactics to get me to pay $1000+ in fixes... i smiled and thanked them for thier suggestions. I then called Air Authority for a 2nd opinion. Casey from Air Authority came to the house, very professional and in the biz for 12yrs; he analyzed the problems and SAW NO PROBLEMS! In fact, he identified some valve had no end caps, which could leak my freon. (Where did they go??) His only suggestion was a new capacitor ($200+) [they start going bad after 4+yrs] and mine was not working at optimum levels. He proposed a upgraded capacitor and a start up kit to help prolong the life of capacitor. That's it. I went for it, and this company saved me $$$. A+++ for Air Authority.
