  Recently finished my basement and had to find an HVAC contractor to compete duct work in the basement. Ran across two other companies that failed me. It was not until I found Clarksville H&A that they saved the day! It started with Mike who arrived on time and quoted me the job and assured me they can get the job done and timely. Shortly after when they came out to perform the job they were on time and respectful of my family and property. Ricky, Raymundo, Joel, and Richmond were exceptional. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The end result was professional and aesthetically pleasing very well done job I was impressed and satisfied. The office staff in Bryant and Nancy and others were excellent as well. They were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. From day one every job appointment scheduled came with an emails when the job was put on calendar, a reminder when it was coming, and the day off and via text message as well. In addition when you call you get a person on the line to help and they answer quickly! Every employee of the company is excellent you can tell they have a great company culture and share the same goal. That is servicing the customer and keeping them happy, safe and comfortable in their homes. Lastly I signed up for their maintenance plan because of their stellar service and they have not stopped to impress. Marco came out today to service my furnace and went above and beyond in making sure the job was done the right way and providing me lots of tips to keep the system running its best. I cant say enough good things about Clarksville H&A!

  My furnace was turning on and off and Clarksville Heating & Air came out to inspect my unit the same day I called. The technicians Marco and David were excellent. They explained everything and did an outstanding job fixing the furnace issue. I highly recommend this company and their technicians Marco and David for their great service. Also, recommend signing up for their service agreement as well!

  We had several issues with our furnace that required several trips to our house by Clarksville Heating and Air- every one of the technicians who came was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ray and Richie were here most recently and did a fantastic job and explained things very clearly. I would definitely call them again.
