  I called CJS Heating & Air for seasonal maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. I just bought this condo 7 months ago and I knew there were some issues, but I was hopeful that some tune ups and minor repairs would solve the problems. The tech that came out was very friendly and helpful, and he walked me through all of his concerns and showed me the problem areas so I could see for myself. The repairs I needed cost more money than I was willing to put into and old heating and cooling system, so he called one of the project managers (Joe) and told him I was interested in purchasing a new system vs fixing the old one. Joe came out the same day and walked me through all of my options. 4 days later I have a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank, too. It is so nice to have a comfortable home again!! There was one tiny spot on my carpet that got damaged, about the size of a quarter (and to be honest with the amount of pieces and parts and heavy equipment coming in and out of here I am surprised there was not a lot more damage) but the install techs and Joe offered to "make it right" for me no less than 4 times. I declined the offer to repair the carpet because it's on my list of things to upgrade anyway, but I REALLY APPRECIATE that they were forthcoming with me about the damage and sincerely wanted to make things right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new HVAC system or repair. Very happy with my experience!

  Scheduler was friendly, polite, professional.Was able to schedule me quickly. Technician was on time. Also friendly courteous professional Quickly identified problem, and was able to repair on spot. Showed me the problem part. Provided with me repair options and estimate. Was able to schedule me to meet with company representative to review my options. Again provided me with estimate on the spot. This was all done in my home. Suggested I should have AC assessed since it was same age as furnace. Technician returned the same evening I am completely overwhelmed with the level of service I was provided. Unfortunately this may be my last encounter with them as the units they install will have longevity Highly recommend without reservations
