  Citywide was able to get me on the schedule right away & that is very important to me. The receptionist was very kind & helpful, sorry I didn’t get her name, & made sure to find a day to work with my schedule. The technician, Darius is excellent and knowledgeable. He made sure to check off & go beyond to make sure my house is comfortable and running for the wintertime. I’ve used other AC businesses and always change because they are too busy or make me feel uncomfortable. Darius has a great attitude & made sure to answer any questions or concerns. He’s a plus in my book & because of him, I’m going to keep using Citywide for my yearly maintenance. Thanks Darius & Citywide for your professional work & servicing our community.

  Terrence Thomas, our tech, was fantastic. He very quickly diagnosed the issue with the unit I called about, but he also took a look at our other unit just for the sake of being thorough. The unit I called about was easily and quickly fixed, simply having a loose wire which kept it from running. The unit I thought was working properly was low on freon and after being refilled for a nominal charge, is working 10 times better than it was before Terrence took a look at it. I cannot believe that I thought it was working properly! It is night and day since he serviced it. I already knew that I would need to have one of our units replaced sooner rather than later, and after my experience with Terrence and Citywide, I will absolutely be calling them to install the new unit when I am ready to do it. I am happy I took the time to look for different companies. The A+ BBB rating and the 5 star Google reviews were the reason I called, and I was not disappointed at all. Thanks, Terrence!
