  A part on my oven that had been replaced last fall malfunctioned, and the company sent someone out promptly to replace it, only charging the visit fee!

  We had some major problems with our washing machine. Despite the length of time to get the parts in due to the supply chain mess these days, Chesterfield Service did a great job communicating with us. Once the parts came in the technicians were very professional, courteous and made my washing machine run like new again! Scheduling was super easy, the communication about the appointment was great and the techs very timely. I also liked that at the initial diagnostic call that the technician took the time to really explain and show me the things that were not working correctly. Luckily, it was still under warranty but he really made sure to look at everything and make sure that there weren't other issues pending.
