  I had 3 different companies contacted to bid for HVAC replacement. Advantage was the first to respond and had quick availability. The professionalism and friendliness of that person who came out pretty much sealed the deal, I could tell I was getting a knowledgable/professional company. They weren't the cheapest, nor most expensive bid, but this helped me make my decision. They even fill out the rebate paperwork!

  Called Monday June 7 around 5pm. Took my name and number so the technician could set up a time to come. It's been a week and I still haven't heard back from them. I understand this time of year can be busy for HVAC companies, but no call back at all? Completely unprofessional. The call was at 5:17pm on Monday, June 7th. The call duration was 3:17. I spoke with a female who's name I didn't catch, and was told that a technician would call me back. I was never contacted.

  I'm sorry this happened. I keep all call logs and I do not see where there was a call from you. We call all customers back in a very timely and quick manner. Again I apologize for the confusion.
