  Brian was awesome! I didn’t expect to get any service the same day. I came home to my hvac not working, and I called this specific company because they had the better reviews. I’m glad I did. He was super professional, friendly, showed me what went wrong, and answered any question I had. Also, I wish I remembered her name, but the woman who answered the phone was very friendly, and she didn’t brush me off even though it was already 1600. I recommend this company to everyone!

  I called 5 heating and cooling businesses in the area and Chesapeake Heating and Air (name is changing from After Hours) was the only one willing to squeeze me into their schedule on the same day. They were extremely kind, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them and their knowledge. They’re great at what they do and their customer service is top notch!
