Called and put in 2 work tickets, as suggested. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for a response and had to keep calling, constantly. The ONLY service I received was EXCUSES!! I live on the boundary and had to hire an out of town contractor to repair my system, they arrived within 35 mins and had my system working in no time. Contractor was very affordable also. My opinion is this business is NOT what it appears to be!!
