Elliott came out to complete the heating maintenance on our heat pump. While here, he said he wanted to switch it to cooling just to make sure everything was operating properly and noticed that the system wouldn’t blow cold air. By the end of the visit, he was able to determine we had a bad thermostat and was able to help us out. Thank goodness he went above and beyond as opposed to just doing the maintenance and leaving! Glad to know we received through and expert quality service. It puts my husband and I at ease as first time homeowners!

Chad Love is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in a long time. From the very first phone call to completion of the job, every single person I spoke with or met displayed the most professional and respectful behavior. James called prior to coming out, gave his travel time and showed up when he said he would. He spent well over an hour under my house checking every part of my HVAC system. He was thorough and made me aware of everything he found but there was absolutely no pressure from him. James worked up several different options for me from slapping a band-aid on it to total system replacement and several options in the middle. They even provided portable heaters for me due to my system being out during winter. I also qualified for 0% financing which was nice (based on your credit). Additionally, their level of communication with customers is outstanding. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

Tim, A Rod, and Ethan on Team 3 did a wonderful job with our full Heating/AC install. Our initial visit for selecting and pricing provided so many options and in a variety of price ranges. Everything was clearly explained on what was provided and all our questions answered. The team was out for a total of three days and were very kind and respectful of our home during the installation. All our flooring was covered and protected without even requesting! I have many pets in the home and did not have to worry once about a door being left open. They explained the work being done each day and updates on what was left. I highly recommend using Chad Love Services for any heating/AC needs. Team 3 represented this company incredibly well and because of the wonderful experience I will be using them going forward for any cleanings and repairs. Please tell team 3 thank you again and make sure they get some extra time with family over the holiday weekend - I can promise it is much deserved with all their hard work these past few days!
