  We just moved in and the AC stopped working and in FL we all know it gets warm quickly. I called and my husband both called and still after 24 hrs no return call. Cant even return a phone call, so unprofessional. They could have called and said they were busy will get to us the next day but silence. I did call North County Cooling, left a message and they returned my call in 5 min. Could not get to me until next day and that was fine. I will never recommend Century and I will make sure people around me know that. Terrible customer service! Welcome to a new city.

  I have used Century A/C since purchasing my house 3 years ago. John and his crew and incredibly nice and responsive to problems. I can't say enough good about them after expediting an a/c installation during the oppressive heat last week. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are well cared for.

  I have been working with John at Century Air Conditioning nearly 10 years. They do a lot of work for me. I have relied on on then for many small things and I have also purchased whole systems from then . You will not be able to find a more honest and reliable company in Stuart Florida
