  Buyer Beware!!! My house would only heat to 58 degrees. When this company showed up to work on it charged me for parts that were not needed. $310 dollars and ten days later still no heat! They quit taking my phone calls and letting their answering machine deal with it. I called another company and 20 minutes after They got their I had heat and was charged $ 99 dollars. If you have R&A do work for you make sure every thing is working before they leave as they have no refund policy or customer satisfaction. I have reported them to the BBB and working on the Ohio attorney General. Don't let this company scam you!
