  Arrived in their time window. Two person crew which were professional , clean, and friendly. They wore masks without being asked. One of the two men had been to our home before. They replaced the A/C air filter and did a complete check up. Will use Central City when our almost 20 year old AC dies. Highly recommended. Linda and her people will take good care of you.

  Central City Air has once again gone above and beyond what is usually expected from a business enterprise, regardless of the nature of the business. In this case, we had damage to the AC compressor and to the structure of the house as well. We had to delay the installation of the compressor until the structural damage has been repaired. Central City provided us with portable units to use until they were cleared to replace the unit. Their quick response and constant access to communication from me and my wife made the experience of house repair tolerable. Once they were able to commence the work, they arrived on time, performed the installation with close attention to detail, and completed the work in a highly professional manner. The people of Central City Air are highly trained with impeccable integrity. We were treated as family and throughout the process they answered all of our questions. Our contact, Brian, answered our calls and messages promptly and went above and beyond all expectations in providing information and service. I highly recommend Central City Air for any air conditioning or heating issues. They are a top notch company and deserve the A plus rating from the Better Business Bureau. Thanks guys, two thumbs up!!!!

  We have been customers of Central City for almost 20 years! They designed and installed our amazing system, which keep us cool and the house dehumidified day after day! Though the system was not cheap, we have never regretted it, and have saved thousands on our electric bills. Customer service is great! Just today, I called at 2:00 and a tech was at our home by 3:30. The repair was done on the spot!
