  Centraire was responsive and thorough in helping with an emergency with our radiators and boiler in the midst of subzero temps. I was pleased with the work, the on time service and fair pricing. I will definitely work with them again.

  Spent almost an hour with an employee at my home so he could gather information for a water heater and a new air exchanger. Waited weeks for the estimate. Got not. Called and was transferred to another sales person. Waited weeks for the estimate. Got none. Finally called and was transferred to a third person last week. Still nothing. I was prepared to spend around $5000 for this work but I guess they don't need the money. At a minimum, if you can't keep employees due to Covid, don't string potential clients along and waste their time. Just tell them you can't do the work.

  I was able to talk to a representative on the phone within a minute or so. They came out that morning well within the promised window. The tech understood the problem and got the correct part quickly. I will certainly call Centraire again! Thanks!
