  Fantastic business to work with. Prompt notifications via call and text when the tech was on his way. Tech was friendly and explained what was wrong very well. Solutions were discussed quickly and efficiently (it was 97 degrees and we needed air conditioning ASAP). No push to buy a big new system. Just honest opinions and professional service. Will use it again!

  Just upgraded furnace and air conditioner today! I was very grateful that the installers worked on a Saturday. They were very courteous, professional and took great pride in their work.   Thank you Ted for the quick turn around, calling ac unit company for warranty and going back to buy capacitor... you got it done everything in 30-40 minutes.. and thank you for the customer care for dispatching tech in one hour. I recommend using Arrowhead Heating and Cooling.
