  Anthony was great! Very easy to work with. OK, the good first. Their service members are awesome - I have never had a problem with anyone of them. I give a 3 b/c the install was shotty - inspection would not pass due to failure to burry outdoor line adequately (less than 6"), and the service manager says " I never heard of that" Total BS. Also, promises not followed through (I still have two small tanks one year later, when they promised to replace with one large- also does not pass code) Not a huge deal. BUT problems keep coming and I am guessing lack of staffing is a problem. My cleaning was super late. I had to call THEM to re-schedule a missed cleaning. They apologized and all is well. No one will take a call to talk with you about a problem even briefly. They want that payment for a call-out no matter the issue - no talking without the $200+ fee. Techs are great, service mgr is a real A-Hl. I hope it gets better.

  Frank and Anthony did a great on the install of the generator . if we needed another one we would call Center state first. Thanks again

  We had a propane stove for heat put in and the whole experience was great , Anthony and Frank were very happy to make us love it and we do it’s so beautiful and heats the house beautiful, we are so happy. Thank you so much for getting this done for us during this difficult time of being able to get supplies, we are very happy
