  I slack off alot on monitoring my tank level. Over the years I called several times last minute with empty tanks. They show up same day usually. No extra charge no headaches!!

  I really like e and V that when people run out that are disabled and I disability knowing they will get emergency Heap they should bring oil knowing that emergency heat will come in I went for days 5 days without heating oil other oil companies do that for their people and they know they get heat

  We are so sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately HEAP will not pay for any deliveries made before the HEAP grant is in our hands. We wish that they would allow us to do this, but they do not. This is definitely something that we would love to change in the future.
