  The pilot light in my furnace would not stay on. After some troubleshooting, I called CBM. Not only did they send someone out the same day, they sent him within the hour. Matt was courteous, professional, and he managed to get the pilot to stay on without issue. Since I’m a new customer, Matt took the time to document my furnace and compressor model #’s in the event I needed their services again. CBM was close by, they had great reviews, so I gave them a try. I’m so glad I did - I highly recommend them.

  The technician Matt, basically had the problem of my heater diagnosed before he had even examined it. He explained the problem in detail, repaired the issue and examined the rest of the unit to insure it’s safe and effective operation. I would recommend this business unconditionally.

  Took over a month to schedule an estimate, waited multiple weeks for a proposal which I tried following up on and was assured would be sent the following day, never sent one, clearly don’t care and I did not even need a loan had money readily available in full just wanted ac installed in my house. Laughable. 0/5
