Very impressed with the service.  Didn't get the young lady's name, but her initials on the invoice are AEW.  Was greeted as soon as I entered the store, she just glanced at the part number I had written down, went straight to the part location, brought it back to the counter and completed the transaction. In and out of there in less than 5 minutes.  Rare to find this kind of service anymore.  Thank you.

What I needed, when I needed it, and friendly too. Reasonable prices as well.

I ordered a part online. They quickly responded with an email to let me know the status of the part ordered.  I failed to read the email thinking it was a confirmation email.  When I went to the store to pick up the part, I learned it was on back order for 3 weeks.  I have a special dryer, so they aren't kept in stock.  They were very helpful and proactively refunded me the money.  The part was much cheaper than the competitors. I wish I could of waited for it. Very professional and helpful!
