  Casey has a deep understanding of the AC world and it was apparent on the day of the install. Definitely answered my numerous questions regarding the overall process and maintenance tips.   My upstairs AC unit decided to stop cooling in the middle of summer. The best word to describe that is unbearable! Casey Smith came to my home and educated me (someone who knows nothing about an AC) on the reasons the issue happened and the measures that could be taken to fix it. He was kind enough to come to my home on the weekend. He went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and fast as possible. He is the most honest person I have met in the industry. If I could give him 100 stars I would!
