The worst..  I bought a house in TN that this company contracted to install the hvac units. From day one evertime the seasons change they had to come out and fix something.  They have had to replace everything on my unit,  have had to troubleshoot things multiple times, and since I'm in 5 months out of warranty refuse to come and look at something that they've been the only company to work on. Not to mention ducting things in the wrong zone.  Don't use them unless you have to.  They don't back their work. They are only there to collect the money and leave you high and dry.

Heat pump was inop in heat mode and Joanne scheduled in only one day. Travis came out and methodically diagnosed and repaired the problem with the unit.  Thanks for quick and efficient expert service!

Needed the soffit vent cover replaced. Eliu came by and in like 10 minutes, had the old one down and a brand new one in its place. Great work!! Great company to work with. Will use again.

I had a unique issue causing noise from my HVAC in a bedroom.   Tommy Graham came out and helped me diagnose the issue and put together a plan for resolution.   I appreciated his experience and understanding of the problem and willingness to work for a resolution.  I've been with Caryl Mechanicals for 10+ years and highly recommend them to service your HVAC.

Where do I begin:

This company installed the HVAC unit in my new construction and almost everything was done poorly to either save on cost or just flat out ignorance of what needed to be done.

The AC unit coils are 24" on top of a unit specified for 10". As I was told this was done to improve "efficiency", never mind that fact there is 7" on each side which doesn't participate in the cooling of the air. There are also noticeable gaps due to poor fitment and poor installation

The ducts which were ran are in locations that are almost impossible to get to and balancing the house is a nightmare with 2 units to have to balance. They weren't able to balance the house themselves after multiple attempts

The furnace is undersized for the 4260 sq/ft of the house and the bare minimum was put in to satisfy code and get past inspection. The two AC units were installed with the bare minimum for the square footage of the house.

The wiring job looks like a rats nest that could spontaneously combust at any time as the system is also controlled by dampers that regulate flow between the 2nd and 2.5 floor/bonus room
