  Rodney did a stellar job. Made good cost effective recommendations. was great on problem diagnostics in getting to the root of the problem. He did maintenance on 1 gas pack and 2 heat pump units. I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend Carrol Service company.

  I've been a customer of Carroll Service Company for over 25 years. Just had a new HVAC installed. They're a wonderful family owned company, do great work, have fair prices, and really look out for their customers. I highly recommend them.

  What a great experience we had. Rodney came out to the house was very knowledgeable and professional. Walked us through the repair and answer all our questions. One hour later problem solved . Didn't try to SELL us anything, Just HONEST work. THANKS!
