  While I do not have a wealth of experience with Bowman as today was their first visit, I can tell you that the gentleman they sent out today to check out our units was outstanding. First impressions are very important, and today the technician made a very good impression and instilled confidence in his company. We had questions about warranties, thermostats, operations, and adding an additional unit. He answered every question and explained options thoroughly, and even gave us a price for the additional unit within minutes.

  Bowman came through a recommendation from a neighbor after receiving disappointing service and pricing from another local company (easy to spot bad pricing when you were a commercial HVAC estimator for 5-years). The technician was thorough and provided good detail and description of our problem. Pricing I have received so far has been fair and look forward to working with them more.

  The Bowman technician was very nice and professional. He was sure to cover his shoes every time he entered my home. He addressed my issues by listening to me then going above and beyond to take care of the problem. He was informative as well answering my questions and giving me information on the care of my system. He was very pleasant even with his exit greeting. Thank you!
