Brandon at Triangle Repair Group installed my home HVAC system and a Mini-Split heat pump for a basement apartment. Both experiences were without issue and were performed with professionalism and expertise. They ALWAYS respond within a couple of hours and have been very responsive. Last summer Brandon walked me through fixing my own HVAC system when I explained the symptoms - saving me the wait and expense of a service call! As he suspected, it was the drain water level switch which I was able to fix myself in 5 minutes.

We have used TRG now for about 3 years! They are always extremely quick to respond. Professional at all times and extremely nice. We received a brand new unit a few years ago and it was put in quickly so my little one wouldn’t be hot during the heat of the summer!! Brandon clearly explained all of the issues and didn’t push any services on us. Today it seemed my house wouldn’t cool and I called and TRG was there in two hours to check the issues with lots of communication of when you expect them. Brandon had it fixed in minutes and the difference was noticeable right away! Best customer service you could wish for! I thought I was a VIP!

I had a mini split installed in my basement renovation. Brandon was great, he listened to my concerns about getting a system that would be too loud and he took the time and effort to find a system that he felt would work for me. Brandon and his staff kept telling me that I would not hear a thing and they were so right !!! Amazing. Brandon suggested that I go with a ducted mini split system, which I did not even know that was an option. So pleased with the staff, very professional, attentive and very responsive when I had questions. I really really enjoyed the calls with Mary Beth as well, what a treasure. I hope I didn't drive her nuts. !!!!
