My experience with Carney and Son 72 Degrees was excellent from start to finish. I had four companies quote my duct repair - I felt that the Carney and Son crew was very thorough in their assessment of my duct problem and put together a detailed quote. They were honest, competitive and up-front with their pricing. The work was completed expeditiously and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend considering this company for any HVAC related issues.

I've been using Carney & Sons for a few years now with an old unit and then had them install a new unit. Today's visit was for routine maintenance and I am very impressed with the detail on their findings (full report with pictures). They are also backing up their original install and fixing an issue identified at no cost to me. The rep today was very respectful, knowledgeable, and answered some questions for me outside the reason for his visit.

I have used Carney and Sons for years and the staff is consistently professional, obviously knowledgeable, and committed to working with customers for the best solution for any problem or concern. Kevin, the technician who dealt with my current HVAC issue today, was very thorough, clearly explained what he found with my HVAC system, and offered multiple options to address the current issue. He also stayed on-site while the office searched for a necessary part and then arranged for repairs as expeditiously as possible. Excellent service as always.
