  Josh was great about Coordinating the service call and follow up on what was needed And communicating with me and the tenants. The office is always good to talk to, also. I’ve used many HVAC companies managing properties and AGL is tops in my book.

  Joshua was excellent! Diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and accurately, explaining the details and the most likely cause, even showing the damaged part. He went the extra mile to address a balance/noise issue before I remembered to ask about it! Hard to find this high level of knowledge and professionalism! Thank you for the great work!

  Signed up for the semiannual maintenance program a couple years ago, because we live closeby to their warehouse, and the techs have always done a great job. Before leaving they always give us a quick breakdown of what they checked out and the overall condition, which puts us at ease because it feels like we can trust them. Our HVAC is less than 3 years old, so no problems with it so far, but if it’s well-maintained from the beginning you can extend its life and maximize its efficiency, plus having the service contract gives you a discount on repairs if you ever need them, so it pays for itself in multiple ways. Besides nobody wants their a/c going out in the middle of the summer.
