  I can't express how wonderful this company is. We went without heat for 10 days due to our landlord NOT being responsive, I called and Laurie was familiar with the company we rent from and was able to get a tech to us immediately. She was able to take the stress of communicating with our landlord for payment so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. She went above and beyond! The techs that came out were amazing and fixed previous mistakes that were made to this unit. It took less than 2 hours and we had heat! I was so happy I wanted to hug them for being so amazing. Thank you for all you do.

  When our A/C went out multiple times, we've had different people come out to diagnosis and repair it. But Cardinal Aire is the ONLY company that we're 100% professional, GREAT customer service, and most importantly NEVER let us sit with no A/C for more than 8hrs. Even if they were an hour away, they made sure to come to my house before the day was over. Melissa is running a great business and makes sure that he team is doing their job the right way. Thank you, Cardinal Aire. You have gained my trust and I will always request you.

  I highly recommend Cardinal Aire. This was actually my second time working with this company. First was through my home warranty, and second was individually. They provided exceptional service – punctual, professional and courteous. Ken, Ricky, and Zach are very knowledgeable and explained the repairs in a way that I could understand. They made sure I understood what needed to be replaced and why. I will continue to work with Cardinal Aire for any future HVAC issues, and trust them implicitly.
