  We moved into a new house outside of Evans City and the compressor on the A/C locked up the day we moved in. Doug called me back on a Saturday within 1 hour of me leaving him a message. He was at our house within 5 hours of the call. We got two estimates one from Doug and one from a larger company. We were able to get a more efficient unit from Doug at a better price with higher quality workmanship. I was very impressed. I also had him come do a ducting job in the mill that I work in the following week. I would recommend Doug to anyone looking for HVAC work. I am glad to have found him.

  I called Doug for a service call. I told him some of the issues I was having with my AC. He told me a few easy things it could be to help me out. I didn’t ask him to do this he was just being a genuine honest guy. Any future HVAC business I have I’ll make sure it goes to Doug. UPDATE: My AC unit was 28 years old and finally the AC compressor locked up. Doug came out the same day to look at it. I ended up needing an entire new unit. His pricing was fair and his work was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  Had our entire HVAC system replaced. As painful as it is to part with that kind of money, Doug made the entire process so easy & his price was definitely lower than competitors. He’s been back to recheck the units spring & fall without fail. If you’re even considering using Cancilla’s, just call. You’ll likely end up going with him in the end. He’s just one of the good guys.
