  I really liked the food and customer service, great area right next to my apartment. The workers are always very nice. Will come visit again.

  Called this place for a furnace repair quote. Got put through to some very rude middle man dispatcher. They basically are data mining your information. When I asked for details and a price estimate about what I actually wanted done they hung up. DO NOT USE, my opinion, just shady middle men to connect you with an HVAC tech, get a commission and mine your data.

  Best customer service I have ever received! We contacted several companies and C T Y HVAC was the only company which could accommodate us on short notice. We needed to install an AC unit immediately because of the hot summer weather. After 2 days they were at our house and the installation only took 2 hours to finish. I highly recommend C T Y HVAC!
