I selected suburban after getting quote from 4 other companies. They were in middle (meaning not too expensive) for the quote, and most importantly very responsive on quote related question even on weekend. With thanksgiving and then Christmas they were able to quickly get my old furnace replaced, and then followed up with ac unit replacement. During the process they were very calm and addressed every of my questions and concerns. The technician they sent were very professional too and wore masks inside the house along with booties. (To give context my prev company who services refused to wear booties stating OSHA or something) .. Highly recommended and they are very reasonable int he price.

I enthusiastically recommend Suburban HVAC. They installed a new heat pump and heat pump water heater to replace my aging oil boiler. They were recommended to me by my solar installers Revision Energy. I was immediately struck by their commitment to green energy as the future. Other companies clearly were still set in their ways, and didn't have the experience or the commitment to modern heating/cooling systems that Suburban had. Bobby Rinn, who was my point man on the install, was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The crew was always prompt and respectful of both my privacy and property, and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently getting the new system installed. Like any new system, it needing a little tweaking before it was running perfectly. An old line-set from my old central system started leaking when the higher pressure from the new pump ran through it. Suburban was out there the next day, and swiftly and without complaint replaced the line-set and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians, the office staff, and everybody I came in contact with at Suburban.

First, the home maintenance insurance company sent a tech who was not Carrier certified. He did not troubleshoot the problem but relied on the error code from the system and said we needed an expensive new part, but he was having difficulty procuring it. We did not have heat for six days. We called Suburban who sent a Carrier specialist. He methodically trouble shooted and found a much simpler cause of the problem and had the heat back on within a few hours at much lower cost.
