      I am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant and have been waiting 3 days for this company to arrive at my home and fix my AC. It is 91 degrees inside and I don’t even get the courtesy of a phone call to tell me they are not coming after I was told this morning they would be here sometime between 12-3pm, so I can at least go find a place to stay where I can get rid of this migraine and protect my baby who is kicking around a lot more than normal at this heat level, rather than sit in this sweltering house waiting for them to arrive so I can let them in to fix it. I called at 4:45 and 5pm today and the voicemail says they are currently closed but that their hours are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Horrible customer service. So disappointed in the fact that a business can actually survive with this type of work ethic. This business honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Check out my reviews, I usually ONLY leave excellent reviews. This is the only one place I want to urge people not to make the mistake of doing business with. So unprofessional. To your response, it’s not even so much about the time it took you as the treatment I received when contacting your office. The receptionist was incredibly rude to me and I was very polite the entire time. She consistently responded to my concerns with, “You’re on the list, There’s nothing else I can do.” Then even after I left a voicemail at 4:45pm, I never received a return call not even the following day. It was extremely unprofessional and I don’t feel like I deserved that kind of treatment.

      Hi Samantha, We take all of our customer reviews very seriously and have taken a look into this matter and Upon our review this is what we have found. We received an initial call on Monday 5/6/19 for no air conditioning from your homeowner, we were out there that same day and couldn’t not get the system up and running due to needing a specific part we didn’t carry on our trucks. We did explain that we would be back the following day as quickly as we could, as long as the parts house had the part in stock and your homeowner authorized the repair. The following day Tuesday 5/7/19 we gave you an approximate time of between 1-3:30 the technician would arrive. At 3 PM we gave you a courtesy call letting you know that the technician was running behind from the previous call he had before you, we believed he would be finished by 4pm and we would give you at least a 30 min call ahead as soon as he was on his way. We apologized for the inconvenience of our time delay and we were working as fast as we could to have someone there for you to get you up and cooling. The Technician gave you a call as soon as he was on his way and apologized for the delay, he replaced the motor and had you up and cooling that day. We then received a call on 5/10/19 that the system was leaking water. We were out that same day and worked with your boyfriend to get there at whatever time best fit his schedule as we know you both work. We discovered the drain was clogged, we cleared the line and the system was working properly, at no charge to your homeowner. Our office hours are from 8-5 pm Monday-Friday, anytime after 5 the phones are rolled over to our on call technician, if they do not answer all you have to do is leave a message as stated in our voicemail and someone will return your call as quickly as possible. For being is business 30 years we take pride in our customer service and we apologize that your encounter with us was not one of satisfaction. If there is something we could do please give our office a call and we would be more then happy to try and resolve any issues.

      I personally don't recommend them they're very shady people and will rip you off so just be where they come off as really nice trustworthy people but they are not they're very convincing at first that they are very trustworthy caring people that they are all but that the complete opposite of that ... I accidentally hit one star I give them no stars I give them a big thumbs down

      Hi Melissa, It is unfortunate you have written this as we have never done any work for you! To whom ever may be reading this, This comment was left by our deceased family members, ex wife whom is disgruntled over personal issues that have nothing to do with our business. We take these reviews very seriously as this is a deformation of our character and the exact opposite of what our company was built on.

      I Have used CJ's for going on 15 years, they are nothing but professionals. From the service department, customer service, and technicians I could not be any happier. I had a horrible experience with another company and CJ's has always gone above and beyond to help me. They recently Installed a new system in my home and I couldn't be more pleased. Anyone looking for a great and honest company this is who you should be calling. Thank you CJ's for everything.
