  When I needed to replace my HVAC system, I got quotes from three different companies. The first company was difficult to work with and vague about their pricing. The second company used a bunch of sales tactics and was really expensive. When I got the third quote from Byrum Heating & AC, it was like a breath of fresh air. The salesman Jason was completely straightforward and honest. He made the sales process so much more transparent and simple. He even showed me on his computer how he pieces together an estimate, and I got to see how choosing different options affects the final price (which was significantly less than other companies). And the fact that I could get their 0% interest financing option through Wells Fargo for minimally more than paying cash really sealed the deal. This was a night and day difference from the two other sales experiences I had. The installation went smoothly, and the installers treated my home very nicely. They sent out another technician when installation was done to fill the refrigerant level properly in the AC, and do a final check on the system. I'm very thankful to have found Byrum for my HVAC needs. They have won me as their customer.

  When my home warranty was going to make me wait for over a week to have my heat inspected, I called Byrum and they came the same day! I cannot promise that they always have that availability, but they saved our tenants from having to spend a week in a freezing house. They were communicative, professional, and extremely quick to fix our unit. Would absolutely recommend!

  Jason came out and found out what we wanted done. He put together a plan and a quote that was very reasonable. Rafi and his partner (sorry, I didn't get her name) were great! They did a meticulous job, neat and professional. Due to issues with our old equipment, the process took longer than expected, but they stayed late on a Friday afternoon to get everything done. Everyone was pleasant and professional, even late on a Friday. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. VERY SATISFIED!
