  Wilson HVAC is a great company with a responsive and helpful staff. When I work with them they take the extra time to ensure I understand the underlying problem and give me options to pursue. I worked with my home warranty AHS and Wilson to upgrade my HVAC system at substantial savings. Definitely recommend using Wilson HVAC!

  Jenny in the front office was very responsive and got me scheduled very quickly. Scott the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Scott went above and beyond to educate me and built trust instantly. Scott was very reliable and efficient.

  Wilson HVAC was referred by the home warranty company which responded within an hour or so and quickly diagnosed the problem as a damaged fan motor within the furnace. Due to the age of the furnace, it was agreed to replace the unit. Over the next 30 days, there was a lack of communication between the warranty company, contractor (which orders the equipment), supplier, and Wilson HVAC which created conflict with me as to where unit was and when installation would take place. Appreciation to Vivian and Technician team of Scott, Brandon and Cam (of Wilson HVAC) who worked through all the complex situations and did a fantastic job to complete the work.
