  I needed a new AC & heater at the end of this past year (2021) and received estimates from several companies in the vicinity. After receiving the estimates and weighing the reputation of the companies, I decided to go with Bush Air Conditioning. Their reviews were top-notch and their estimates were, in some cases, hundreds to thousands of $$$ less than that of their competitors for a 2.5 ton air-to-air heat pump with a 10 year labor and parts warranty. We agreed on an install date and they kept the date as promised and had the system installed that day and the install was much more cleaner & neater install than what the company that had installed my previous unit had done. Several days later, the wifi thermostat that was installed began to have a few problems. I called and the company told me they'd be at my home within an hour or two and, sure enough, they had a technician at the door with a replacement thermostat. The technician also noted that an Air Scrubber, that I had installed by a previous A/C company in the old unit, was looking as though it wasn't functioning properly and, instead of trying to sell me a new product, recommended I contact the Air Scrubber company and check to see if it was still in warranty. It was still under warranty and the company was going to send me a replacement, saving me another $1000.00 or so. Since, I've had no problems and my family and I are enjoying a comfortable house.   Our AC went out in August, another company bid us $12,000+ and they couldn't install for 2 days. I called Bush the next morning, Tyler quoted me about half the price and said he could install the next day. Two hours later he called back and said he could install it this afternoon. Amazing customer service! And the Sensi thermostat he installed and connected to my phone is the coolest thing ever 😎 (pun intended). Also love the Air Scrubber, helped my wife's allergies the first night.

  Bush AC (Tyler) was very professional and knowledgeable. Very customer friendly and great communication. Responsive. Great recommendations. Worked with us installing the new HVAC and water heater in one day. No job is too challenging for them. Highly recommend them
