  If you are looking for a company that you can trust and an owner that is very responsive and cares about each of his customers then this is your AC company!! Very supportive and active in the community. Highly supportive of women in the workforce and the technicians on staff are great at what they do. They take their time to explain the issue and make sure to get you up and running as soon as they can. Very good experience with the whole crew. I've had other local companies service my unit before but none are like Advantage for the care they show their customers.

  Old Review: Horrible customer service! Scheduled this past Monday for a simple tune up of my A/C system and they could not commit to their time frame of arrival. My tenants rescheduled for today and they pull the same thing. A time frame of 8am-12pm should be met. I called the company directly to explain the situation and the lady proceeds its the weather which has nothing to do with it. It’s 73 degree sunshine. Without offering any solution, I end up telling her I’ll have my home warranty blacklist their company and never use them again. She says ok thats fine and hangs up. What a professional company that strives on keeping its clients. Deserving 0 out of 5 stars. New review: After the last post, Ryan the owner contacted me and was very concerned on the service that was and was not provided to me from one of his employees. He offered to come to my home to do the tune up and sent one of his technicians. I was a bit surprised that he did not come himself as the owner of the company. Regardless, the service was completed. I hope others don’t experience what I had to.

  The techs were efficient and friendly. It took 30 min to diagnose the problem. They discovered the part was under warranty and promptly called me when the part came in. They were here the next day, installed the part, and all issues resolved. The flat rate labor cost felt a bit high but the service was top notch so you get what you pay for.

  Thank you for the kind words. We do have to charge $80 hour as that covers paying rising fuel costs & to fairly pay our highly skilled technicians.
