  Called three shops after our heat quit in 20 degree weather. One never returned my call, one called me back late in the day (after the repair was already completed), but at Burke's, I actually got to talk to a very nice lady who immediately set my appointment. She then called back to let me know that the tech was on his way. When he arrived (wish I'd have gotten his name), he went straight to work and had the issue diagnosed very quickly. Repair part was on his truck, and he had the system up and running in no time. Then took the time to inspect two other issues I asked about, and even showed me how to properly use the thermostat that we never had any instructions about it's use. Price was fair, people were friendly and knowledgeable - I think I have a new HVAC company!

  The service technician that came out was great. He was thorough and did an amazing job as he always does. I have done all my business with him prior to Burke, and it was always fantastic and extremely fair. After he started working for Burke, I called to get service maintenance and it was fantastic as always until I got the bill. This service charge for this maintenance was twice as much as what I have been charged in the past. Not only did it take months for them to respond to my questions/emails nothing was done about it. I would say to be sure to get all the charges up front before doing business with Burke Mechanical. The service is great, but the cost was not.

  Very impressed with Burke Mechanical! They replaced our entire HVAC system after our compressor grounded. We got 8 different estimates and were most impressed with Brad’s company and the work they would be doing. His crew installed our new system in around 3 hours! They were professional, efficient, and took great care of our house. They even vacuumed up our house after some particles had fallen through some of the vents. Would recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs/replacement!
