  First, let me say that this company fixed my HVAC problem and they did a great job. The techs who came out were amazing. They replaced our dampers and thermostats. They were supposed to replace our zoning board but the tech ended up just re-wiring it. Everything works great. They lost one star and this was due to to company’s communication and not following through on a request of ours. Communication - they never answer the phone, you can’t leave a message, they do call you back based on missing a call from you but they call back from an unknown number which I barely answer. Then the day before the job is to be completed at 11 pm, we received a text saying that things needed to be paid for or the job couldn’t be completed. Prior to this we were told we would pay half upfront and half when the job was done. Following through on a request - I requested to be contacted about thermostat options because at a minimum, I wanted programmable thermostats. No one contacted me and I now have non-programmable thermostats that I have to keep for a year if I want to keep the 1-year warranty on the work. Bottom line - I’d work with all the techs again but don’t know if I’d deal with the lack of and poor communication from the main office.

  Royal Air is atop notch company. They worked on my A/C unit two times. Very professional and polite. Fare pricing quality work. I would recommend this company for job hands down.
