  Couldn't find the issue with our hvac and charged us for a pound of freon on a closed loop system. Had another company come out and call b.s. on that as well. Smelled fishy to us, but we paid, confirmed later with second company. Issue continued after Budgets visit with 0 improvement. $130 down the drain. Competitors were cheaper and identified legitimate issues. Don't understand why it is so common practice to rip off people. EDIT: So in the end the freon the tech from Budget added had to be removed because it was tripping our system. Wish we could send budget the bill and get a refund! Thanks for wasting our time and money!!

  Have used Budget for hvac maintenance / service calls, had them replace my entire system, even had them do my attic insulation. Always professional, friendly, things always go smooth. Tried a competitor of theres once, what an expensive mistake it was. Budget has earned my business several times over

  Charge me $70.00 to look at itfor 10 min.Told me it was junk, better to just buy another unit. Got a second option to find out it was wired wrong at the breaker and works fine. Glad I didn't just throw it out as suggested
