  We decided to get a new furnace and AC system from them soon. John gave us very detailed info about their systems and the whole process. He cares about the clients for sure. Their company is NATE certified and has many good reviews. They have Trane systems with decent prices. They offered the best we found, compared to what the other two contractors showed us. I'll review them again once the install is complete. 😉

  Ashton Britt Services Co. responded quickly (same day) to our request for a service call. We ended up purchasing a new AC system. The company worked quickly to get everything installed and ready for us to use during that very warm week. There was a small dent on the outside unit after installation and a new panel was ordered and replaced, no delays. I was pleased and impressed that they were intent on making sure we were completely satisfied with the product and their work-which we were and are. The employees were so pleasant, helpful and professional. I would be a return customer and recommend their services.

  Called Ashton Britt for a service call because my air conditioner had stopped working and the technician came out and diagnosed my problem within 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I have HWA home warranty and my air conditioner is covered under the home warranty however, I have to use the approved technician through the warranty company. I have nothing but horrible experience with their "approved technician" and decided to spend our money for a dependable company and Ashton Britt did not fail in this department. Service was prompt and we ended up getting a new air conditioner unit because our unit was 30 years old. We signed paperwork on Friday and they were out here Monday morning at 8:40 to take out our old unit and install the new unit, even though it wouldn't be in till 11 am that morning. The entire job was completed by 6 pm that night. They even CLEANED up after themselves and my basement looks cleaner now than it did before they arrived. Then they came out the next morning to ensure everything was running smoothly and install a new grate for our return that they needed. Definitely worth not going through my horrible home warranty company and we made the right decision with Ashton Britt Service Co. Would highly recommend them to anyone for service, repair, or new installation.
