  5-star experience from beginning to end. Less than 4 weeks from first contact to install. Ashley was recommended by our builder and we are so thankful. She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The installers have this down to an an art and were in and out in no time. The installer and I walked through, per his request, checking the quality and function for each blind before he left . There is nothing better than great customer service! Thank you Ashley and crew for a job well done!

  I want to commend Budget Blinds and their staff for an excellent job, start to finish, in outfitting my large home with new blinds. Mckynzie the sales person was attentive and helpful in every step along the way. The installers Robert and Daniel were complete pros and couldn't possibly have been better, or more respectful of my home during the install. The entire house is done, some motorized, and some on chains, and everything is perfect. The app control is excellent for someone that wants a fully connected home. Five stars to Budget Blinds! Update #1, I had a small flaw in one of my blinds and it was replaced lightening fast. More high quality service from the company and the installer Robert. Thanks again.

  Outstanding customer service, with excellent follow up on a faulty blind motor. Lucas, the technician whom provided the service was thorough and a delight to have in our home. The price of the repair was more than fair. I highly recommend Budget Blinds and will only shop there for future window coverings.
