  This winter when the temperatures were in the single digits my 30 yr old furnace stopped working. I called BTU. They removed my non working furnace and installed a high efficiency, space saving unit that provides both heat and hot water. My home is comfortable again.

  Called for service. Was told they would return my call after finishing a job, and they never did. Called for service, again. Was told they would return my call after finishing a job, and they never did. Called for service, a third time. Was told they would return my call, and they never did. Finally got back ahold of them because I now had 2 houses having issues, the guy came out and looked at both. He was nice, but I was expecting him to fix one of the issues we had spoke about on the phone. He shows up empty handed and gives me a quote. Ended up not using this company because they quoted me more than twice as much as another local company to make repairs. When this other company showed up, they fixed it right on the spot for Less than half the price! Although I did not use them, I still received a bill for $240.00 and when I (politely) inquired what the bill was for I was greeted with belligerence. That I had "taken advantage of skills", that they do the "most smartest" things for customers, they "don't work for free", "how do I sleep at night". I wanted to know was why the bill was $240. He finally answered that it was $120 per service call. I thanked him and told him he should tell customers that beforehand (then I could have avoided the nasty phone call) That was met with more belligerence and he hung up on me. Would not recommend.

  Have had four dealings with them, three of which were horrible experiences. One we had a heater repaired and a new exhaust put on it, and I had to clean up their mess including blood where he cut himself on the metal. Another time we had a water meter burst and all they did was complain in front of me most of the time while replacing it. The third was the most frustrating and the final straw. I scheduled an appointment has my heater was malfunctioning and they noshowed me. I waited all day for them and they never came and not only did they never show, they never called to tell me they weren't going to be there. I called them and left a message and didn't get a call back until the next day. They said the next day they would come over and fix it and I said okay. Again they noshowed me and never called. I hired a new heater guy after this and they lost my business which isn't good for them because we have multiple rentals and they would've gotten the business. Not anymore.
