  I spoke with Sherri over the phone and she was more than accommodating. After hours of trying to find a technician elsewhere, only to be told they didn't have availability until next week, she went above and beyond to help with my situation and sent one out the SAME DAY!   The office personnel were extremely helpful. And Robert, our technician, was very knowledgeable although our radiant heat system is about 13 years old. He came out twice to troubleshoot and solved our problem. I really appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness .

  Wow, talk about rude on the phone! And apparently F⁰c( you if you buy an online mini split and just want them to come add refrigerant. But if you have an ancient unit they will service the fire hazard. I will never give a place like this my business. "We only service what we install" which by the way will procost you 5k more than I spent.
