  Melissa: Brand Heating & Air Conditioning has taken care of our heating and cooling equipment since March 2004 and our home is listed by one of the prime utilities as very efficient for heating and cooling. We will continue to renew out yearly maintenance contract because the various technicians who do the routine maintenance are always polite and efficient. Scott (and Joe) did the latest service on the furnace last week, and they continued with the outstanding service you have provided for us for a long time. Thank you very much!!!

  We were new to the area and we called Summers to do a tune-up to our heater because they had a coupon in the mail. The Summers employee was friendly but had nothing positive to say about our heater. It was all negative about how terrible our heater was and how it needs to be replaced. It was about 10 years old. I wasn’t sure if I could trust him so I didn’t move forward with anything. Next thing we know our water heater stops working. We called a couple places and no one could come out and fix it right away until we called Brand. Brand was so friendly on the phone and came out a couple hours later. They offered a great price and a quick replacement. The customer service couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I asked about an air purification system and the employee didn’t try to sell it to me, just explained what they have how it works and his experience with the system. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy it but the price was great and I had had such a great experience so far we decided to have it installed. That whole experience was as good as it could get. They got it installed right away and again the service technicians were friendly, worked hard and were helpful in explaining how our new system worked. We signed up for their esp program where they come out and give our systems tune-ups. When they came to check our heater they had the opposite response than Summers! They told me that our heater was top of the line at the time it was purchased, it runs well and it may last another 5 years. This information lines up with the previous owners who took impeccable care of the home. Such honesty guys! When they came to check out our A/C they said that it wasn’t working to full capacity bc one of the coils needed to be repaired. This made sense to us bc we noticed for a couple of months our home wasn’t as cool as it normally is when we run the A/C. It was still working though and he didn’t push us to repair it but shared what options they have when asked. We went with the cheaper option and did not feel any pressure to upgrade it to a better, more expensive model. They did have a special where buying the most expensive model would also get us a free heater but they didn’t push that because our heater was still in good shape. As you can guess by now, new A/C was installed quickly and it was such a positive experience. All this to say we have appreciated their honesty and integrity more than anything else. They also have the friendliest technicians, Kelby is our favorite! Ask for Kelby, he is the kindest guy. If you want a company that is honest and reliable Brand is your best option in town! They even mail and call to remind us to set up appts for our tune-ups!

  I have used Brand Heating & Air Conditioning for years. Their services have always been professional, knowledgeable, cost-effective, and on time. Today they installed a SolaceAir Polarized-Media Air Cleaner into my furnace system. This is a whole house air cleaner/filter system that I am very excited about using. I am glad that Brand Technician Kelby told me about this air cleaning system when he was previously at my home for annual furnace maintenance. I would gladly recommend the services offered by Brand Heating & Air Conditioning.
