  One of the most unresponsive companies you could expect to deal with. They were contracted by my Mom to install a humidifier in an upscale home in The Orchards in West Lafayette as they did the original install for the builder. Since the install of the humidifier there have been issues with the furnace going into protect mode and shutting down requiring it to be reset at the breaker to keep working. Between my Mom and myself we have made at least 6 calls to get someone back out to help. At one point they had promised to come over and no called no showed for that appointment. Keep in mind that this furnace is only a few year old and is still 100% under warranty by their company. If you a looking for good responsive work and solid communication find another company to do business with.

  This is a business that really cares about you, your money, and your time. They are very respectful of you and your house. The boss treats you like you're family. The always tries to get the job done fast and done right, without trying to steal your money. Always referring them to friends.

  We've been without a/c since the 10th. Said they'd have someone out to take a look Monday by noon. No one ever showed up, no call, nothing. Called Tuesday said they'd be there by noon, again no call no show. I called, said they'd be there by noon Wednesday, no call, no show. I call, they say the weren't coming out cause it was raining, and they'd be here by noon today. Guess what? They aren't here. I call, say they'd be here by 1...surprise, surprise, they aren't here. I call. No answer. Perfect.
