  I've been very pleased with our Carrier Air Conditioner and it has been very cost effective. Our company will be doing more research on Geothermal installations and Mike Bowling has been a great source of information. I'd recommend them if you are looking into cutting your costs using Geothermal or to either replace your air conditioning or get it fixed- they are fast and fair.

  I am a long time Bowling customer (over 25 years). They are a very good,organization, have good products, and treat customers well. I am on my fourth unit. The last one ran for over 10 years. I recommend the Bowling Tune Up Plan. Ron Howell

  I bought a complete heating/ac unit from Bowling about two years ago. While they were here filling out the paper work I have a friend with me, and we both understood that I was also purchasing a maintenance package. Turned out that wasn't the case. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way things were explained to me. During the duct cleaning my walls ended up with several places of 1" to 3" scrapes where the paint was removed by the ladder being used. The last guy who came to do my check-up didn't come in and run the ac nor check the temp coming out of the ducts. Three days ago we had some pretty good wind and now part of the aluminum base is rolled out.

  I thank you for your review. I cannot know what happens until someone lets me know. please allow us to fix any problems that have occurred. I did check our records and we did provide a membership and preformed the tuneups for the first year as stated on the proposal. However, I do understand your frustration. and wish to provide another free years club membership to come out twice in the year to clean and tune up your system. I will give you a call in the morning. And please remember your system is still covered by a full Ten Year Parts and Labor Warranty. Thank you again, Michael D Bowling, Pres.
