  I called the day before the arrival of John G. John arrived promptly the next day. Quickly looked over the wiring problem I had and told me what and why he needed to do the repairs that he suggested. Within a short period of time the repairs were complete and John left the area in a clean and professional manner. Two 👍👍up for John. John is a credit to Blouden Brothers business and his profession.

  Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided several courses of action with no pressure on any of them. Didn't feel like I was trying to be sold anything, just resolve our issues and concerns...unlike other companies I have used in the past. This was the second major repair in the last year and have been happy with both.
