  Company was very attentive and responsive. Although unsuccessful, Heather from the main office even tried working with my home warranty company on my behalf for coverage assistance. Salesman Dave was very friendly and extremely thorough in explanation of Heat/AC replacement options. He was available each time I called and answered all my questions with details that the "common" man can understand. The technicians were excellent; very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. And they left my house as clean as it was when they started. They also explained everything I needed to know and left me with the impression that they are just a call away if I had further questions or concerns. Regarding price; I had 4 estimates, and Aire Serv offered, by-far, the best price and the best, most comprehensive warranty and service plan. They even worked with me to get some rebates right up front (i.e., I didn't have to wait weeks to get the rebate). Overall, all things considered, working with Aire Serv was a pleasure and I would definitely and strongly recommend them.

  10/10 highly recommend. 24 hour service and very responsive. Heather answered all my questions and scheduled my appointment within a couple hours from my call. My technician was great, came earlier than scheduled and thoroughly explained everything. Pricing is really good as well. Definitely using them again

  James was very upfront, helpful, and easy to understand. I needed a few things done but couldn't get all of them done in one day financially so he made sure i was able to get the most important thing replaced and every other part of my system was working properly enough that I wouldnt need any more immediate repairs. I love how knowledge all of the technicians are that have come out. They make you feel like you actually understand what is going on and they thoroughly check your system.
