  They will tell you a time and then just not show up with no call or explanation. Been telling me they're coming out for three days now and still haven't showed.

  We called on a Friday at 9:00 A M for a service call they called back at 2 P.M to say they were on the way never showed I called back that following Monday said they would be here Tuesday morning no show so l I called someone else this company should not be in business with this kind of service they are terrible!!!!!!
