  The folks at Bogner have been keeping our 50-year-old furnace running for the 30 years we've owned it -- but we finally realized we were crazy trying to keep patching up an inefficient old junker. Bob, the owner, spent a lot of time figuring out the best furnace for our home and the two installers, Mike and Gabrielle, did a beautiful job putting it in. Gabrielle was out here two long days and was an absolutely professional -- and delightful -- guy to be around. For how much work they did, and how much more efficient a furnace we now have, I felt this was a bargain.

  Called for an estimate. They told me 3 weeks just for an estimate. Between Christmas and new years day. Called on 12/1/20. They must be good if they have that much business, but who's going to wait that long in December with no heat? Duct needed to be replaced under small house. Went with Freedom heating. 3 days to get estimate repair scheduled 5 more days later for repair. Bogner might want to consider hiring more employees if they have that much business. They just lost a client that could have given them more business since I am a engineer at Watsonville hospital. Our air handlers are about do for exterior duct work/replacement. I'm responsible for choosing our contractor's. You snooze you lose.

  Great company! The technicians assigned to help clean my ducts were both very informative and polite. They provided a quote before he started the cleaning and while he laid out all the available options, there was absolutely no pressure to up sell and get more done than I wanted. He did a thorough job and even cleaned our dryer vent for no charge! Highly recommend.
