  Boggs was fantastic! Not only was the scheduling a breeze but their costs are clear on their website and the quote was accurate. I was able to pay online ahead of time. On the day of inspection, Darryl was actually even a little early and immediately got started. He was very thorough and when he completed his inspection he immediately went over any of the more pressing areas of concern right at that time, and then the inspection full report was in my email by 9am the next day! He explained things in a way I could understand and was super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Boggs if you need any inspections done!

  We used Boggs Inspection and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. To identify what services we needed and scheduling online was very easy. John provided a very thorough and detailed review of the house, and identified potential issues and severity, providing exceptional documentation. Will definitely recommend and use again.

  Boggs performed a pre-listing inspection on the home we were selling as well as an inspection on the home we purchased in Dec 2021. George and Perry did an outstanding job! Not only were they communicative and thorough, but they also helped educate us along the way. Boggs Inspection Company is honest, highly experienced, and very helpful.
