  DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We had the worst experience with them. In January 2020 they wrongfully installed a brand new HVAC unit in our brand new construction. In August 2020 the AC stopped working and because the system was still under warranty they fixed it but the issue was their fault because the way they installed it. In 2021 the heating stopped working and we got charged almost $600 for a plastic duct to be changed because initially was installed wrong and now the condensation water was accumulating in there. A month after this the heating stopped working again...we are now living in a brand new construction with 2 little kids at a outside temperature of 12degrees and a room temperature of 50degrees because BOBBY O is going to charge us again for something they messed up. I wonder how many times do we have to pay for their mistakes? How is this fair? You mess it up and I pay you to come fix it over and over again? Maybe the consumer affair will be able to answer my questions.

  We are very sorry that you feel this way, but the job you are referencing was completed over 2 years ago. You were offered multiple times for a low cost service membership to alleviate any future labor & parts cost if a problem was to arise, in which you denied. We back our work 100% but it is extremely unfair for you to expect our technicians to work for free.

  Bobbyos HVAC has repaired & maintained my Air conditioning system many times over the years. They are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I have found them to be honest as well. I never felt as if they were trying to upsell me products I didn’t need. I would highly recommend this company!

  Bobby O’s has done repairs and maintenance on my home for a few years now, every experience with Bobby and the technicians has been great! They are honest, on time and extremely professional!
